RESERVATIONS/DEPOSITS:

An amount equal to one night's stay or 25% of your total stay, whichever is larger.

Deposit must be received within 10 days of making a reservation. Reservations made less than 14 days from Arrival Date require Credit Card deposits.

PAYMENT:

Visa, MasterCard, Check, and of course, Cash or Money Order.

Checks are welcomed if received at least seven days prior to Arrival Date. They must be secured by a Credit Card if used otherwise.

Balance of Payment is due at Departure.

CANCELLATIONS:

Deposit, less $15 Processing Fee for each room reserved, is refundable if notification of cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to arrival date.

Deposit is non-refundable and full payment of original reservation is necessary if reservation is cancelled or alteration of original reservation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival date, unless the room(s) is/are rebooked.

ADDITIONAL GUESTS:

$25 per person per day for more than two persons in a room.

SINGLE NIGHT STAYS:

$10 surcharge for one night stays.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE:

Check-in is 3:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M.

SMOKING:

Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the grounds or in Blue Moon Bed and Breakfast.

PETS

Pets are allowed in The Cottage by prior arrangement only. A surcharge of $10.00 per pet pet day will apply. Pets must be kept in a cage or kennel in The Cottage when you leave the inn.
